Package Your Items
Place the original items in their secure packaging, ensuring all hangtags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and affix it firmly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
